Merida Brass Monkeys Round 1 - Preview

Sunday the 27th of November sees the 1st round of the Merida  Brass Monkeys Winter enduro series run by Gorrick, i was debating whether to do the 4hour categorie but i would have had to get dispensation to ride as the 4hour category is 18+ and i am only 17 at round 3 so i choose the 2hour category. The brass monkeys enduros are a great way to keep some speed and endurance in your legs over the winter as i dont ride cyclocross, i would like to but maintaining another bike would be impossible. After a good result a few weeks back at the Gorrick Autumn classic i would love to have a similiar result. Round 1 is at Porridgepot hill/Windmill Hill in Deepcut which is a absolute stunning venue, easy to park and some great trails to ride which is what were all there for. I am assuming the course will be a similiar length to last year but with different aspects to last year.
Pre entry has closed for the 1st round but you can still enter for round 2 via the link below -
